Can I send items myself?    Yes.

If you would like to contribute items directly to the Delapaz Elementary School, we are using the shipping company PHILCON.  They will provide you with a 5 cubic foot card board box and the necessary documents. Box size is 28" x 18" x 16".  There is no limit on the weight of the box as it will be shipped by surface shipping methods.

The documents include a "Bill of Lading"  and a "Shipper Export and Declaration & Packing Slip" where you can provide a general description.  There is no limit to the weight,  only the cubic volume.  Typical cost for shipping is USD $150.  Typical shipping time is 6 weeks port to port, plus destination delivery time.  We would appreciate it if you would send us a copy of the contents for our records.
