Pook Elementary School

Pook Elementary School is located inland from the coast in the Barangay of Delapaz.  The school is located high on the range of mountains that are inland from the coast.  From the coast, it is about an hour walk depending on the persons condition. About a 3 mile walk.  Due to the location, the school has no electrical service and even more important, well water.  Due to the location, water must be carried up the mountain.  The school has a picturesque view of the sea and Verde Island. Below are photos of the school and people. The school needs many of the basic things from pencils to books of all kinds.
