Can I help a specific student or family?    Yes.

If you would like to help an individual family or student, we would be more than happy to provide you with a name.  You can send a single 5 cubic foot box (see "Can I send items myself") or send the items to us and we will include it in a future shipment.

A typical family would appreciate new or gently used clothes for warm / hot weather in sizes that are typically a medium for men, medium for women, and typical sizes for small frame children at the particular age.  Given a choice,  they would prefer "Made in USA" clothing as this is a real novelty.  Watch out for "Made in Philippines". General purpose hand tools are always a winner especially "Stanley", children's toys (non-electric, non-battery unless batteries are supplied), small garden tools, towels, miscellaneous common kitchen items (can openers, knives, etc), ball caps, tee shirts, balls, cards, durable plates and glasses, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, brushes, general purpose sports socks, full range of school supplies, canned hams or meats, and so on.  You are limited by the dimensions of the box, not the weight.  The shipping boxes are 28" long x 18" x 16".
